VOLUNTEERS

Noun • (vɑl·ənˈtɪr)
Definition: a person who does something, for other people or for an organization, willingly and without being forced or paid to do it.

A Volunteer Attitude is a determining factor for a sport’s growth and many times just takes a few moments of your attention and time.
An important attitude could be buying from companies that help supporting the sport. This will help strengthening the bodyboarding market as there are brands which may use the bodyboarding image without making any financial investments in the sport whatsoever. Keep your eyes open!

Another way of volunteering is being an Event Volunteer: People who are interested in working with the sport, at the events, helping with simple but fundamental tasks. This path is good for those who would like to learn more about the technical, media or organizational and practical side of running a competition or other related events.

Social media Volunteer: This an important role to help put the sport in the spotlight it deserves. With a few clicks and within a few seconds, you can share the sport you like, spreading the beauty, maneuvers and how extreme only Bodyboarding can be.

Share what you like the most! There are several sources with excellent Bodyboarding content.
